Gravy Cup
A one-day 3v3 floorball tournament built for a lot of floorball in one Saturday.

Small floor. More floorball.
A faster, more open game.
The Gravy Cup is 3v3 floorball on a smaller court. Fewer players means more space, more touches, more transition, and more chances to affect the game.
You register as an individual. Richmond Floorball Club builds the teams from the registered player pool and balances them as practically as possible. Every team gets at least five games.
Goalies may score.

Different way to play
League teams are useful. Familiar teammates are comfortable.
The Gravy Cup deliberately rearranges things.
Players sign up individually, teams are created from the full registration pool, and everybody gets one Saturday to figure each other out. The smaller format keeps people involved in the game and gives experienced players and newer players more opportunities to actually touch the ball, make decisions, and contribute.
It is competitive. It is social. Mostly, it is a reason for Richmond floorball players who do not normally share a bench to spend a day doing exactly that.
